Spend time with people I love. Believe that change is happening. Lives in the nuance. Two opposites can be true at the same time. Always working on something (emotionally, spritiually, physically). Think I’m funny sometimes. Very emotional. Very curious.

Care. Understand that we are all human beings. Are kind. Are able to say “I don’t know”. Are able to acknowledge failings.


My strengths are...

Being authentically and unapologetically myself in and outside of work. Leading people well by genuienly caring about them. Being questioning and curious. Wanting to do the right thing and speaking truth to power.


My weaknesses are...

If I don’t see the purpose, I won’t be invested. Imposter syndrome. I’m afraid of confrontation, especially with those close to me. I think more in big picture. I can sometimes isolate myself.

Doing things that make me uncomfortable. Learning to sell myself better. Daring to follow my dreams.
